I just walked in the door and they already get FIVE STARS from me. I already knew the location was satisfactory, from previous trips to the Capitol, but hadn't stayed here yet. The employee at the counter was so polite and accommodating, and the manager was working with a smile, as well. The hotel is fresh and clean and my room is clean, updated and perfect for my two night stay. The room has everything I need, TV, desk, armoire to hang clothes, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, coffee, alarm clock, plenty of clean towels, a microwave AND a mini fridge. Plus, I just sat on the bed and I'm happy with that, too. Seriously a FANTASTIC room at a FANTASTIC rate. I'm impressed.

I was very pleased, the front desk was very kind and courteous. I struck up a conversation with the housekeeping lady and she was so kind. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
I stay here every time I need a hotel room in Raleigh. The rooms are clean, if a bit worn down in a few places, but I'm not a perfectionist. Paint chipped is fine by me, ceiling a little cracked. But the beds are comfy and clean, and staff is willing to bend over backwards if you are kind to them and treat them like fellow humans.
This place is definitely worth the little bit extra rather than the other hotels in the area. Having worked in the hotel industry for the past few years , I know what to look for in the Choice Hotels franchise. The check in was smooth as can be, front desk guy was very nice. The rooms were definitely decently furnished. The a.c. was perfectly chill. The guest area and smoking area were safe and I didn't hear nor see any unruly guests or loud talking. I slept like a baby in the comfy bed. In the morning, they had the standard continental breakfast, and the morning lady was kind as could be. Very clean, very comfortable, I think I'll get another night actually I like it so much.
I stayed here recently and found the room to be perfectly fine—while you can see some signs of age in the interior, it’s absolutely great value for the price. What really stood out, though, was the service. I had a small request during my stay, and the team at the front desk went above and beyond. Both gentlemen were incredibly friendly and helped me tremendously. That kind of customer care makes all the difference. THANKS to both of them again. Would definitely come back. Convenient location, too!
